Financial Assistance Program
There will always be a need for people in our community to help those who are less fortunate. Autism brings another layer to this dynamic. The burden of this disorder creates insurmountable challenges for low income families in our community. Thousands of families dealing with autism in the Charlotte region are below the poverty level struggling to make ends meet — therapy for their children is out of reach.
Autism Foundation of the Carolinas makes possible the opportunity for children in our local area to participate in the following after school program and summer camps. It is our goal to provide the enriching benefits (felt by the participant’s entire family) of these programs to as many children in need as possible. We are committed to all families dealing with autism, regardless of economic situations, and are motivated to grow this list of opportunities.
